Cebu Pacific is inaugural base maintenance customer for A330neo
- Latest addition to extensive aircraft maintenance service capability
- Lufthansa Technik Philippines conducts C1 check, cabin revitalization, aircraft weighing procedures
Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) is proud to welcome Cebu Pacific’s (CEB) first A330neo aircraft, RP-C3900, for its inaugural base maintenance on 17 November 2023. This marks the beginning of a series of maintenance events to support CEB’s growing A330neo fleet.
The collaboration between the two companies began in 2011 with line maintenance for CEB’s narrow-body fleet and has since expanded to include base maintenance for both A320 and A330 fleets. In line with CEB’s ongoing fleet modernization efforts, the airline currently operates five A330neo aircraft and anticipates the arrival of an additional eleven soon.
Cebu Pacific’s Vice President Engineering and Fleet Management, Shevantha Weerasekera, expressed: “This collaboration with Lufthansa Technik Philippines is a testament to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in our operations.
