Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services in London is one of the three landing gear maintenance facilities within the Lufthansa Technik network. Situated close to Heathrow airport, the 13,400 square meters shop is fully equipped with machinery for all aircraft undercarriage related work, including machining, bush manufacturing, NDT, electrical harness repair, hydraulic as well as plating shops and is capable to accommodate any common landing gear type. 99% in-house capability means little subcontracting activities and maximum control of TAT.

Our landing gear portfolio focuses on the complete Boeing family as well as the main landing gears of the Airbus A380. Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services holds, amongst others, EASA, FAA, CAA, TCCA and JCAB certifications and additional approvals can be obtained upon request.

When it comes to operational problems, troubleshooting, modifications or overhauling LRUs, you can count on tailored support from our experienced professionals. A large number of spare landing gear parts are ready for exchange or sale on an AOG basis, and a dedicated on-wing support team is available around the clock to respond the requests from anywhere in the world.

For in-house repairs with longer shop layovers, we can offer an asset solution from our vast asset pool with spare landing gear sets being available for immediate exchange or loan. Our dedicated Asset Management team can offer an "outside the box" solution for aging and retiring aircraft fleets, while documentation experts can support customers during lease-return checks when back-to-birth records have to meet highest industry standards.
