Structure of the trainee program
During an onboarding program lasting several weeks, you will gain an insight into our business processes and corporate culture. You will then have the opportunity to choose three to four individual project assignments according to your interests. The program is enriched by various networking events, a social project abroad and a one-week personal development workshop in a monastery. Allround
Do you have a technical or business background and want to use it in a variety of ways? Then our all-round trainee program is the perfect choice for you! Our organisation is divided into three traditional MRO areas and is supplemented by two future areas and our central areas - you can choose between all of them, immerse yourself in the ones that interest you and gain various projects and experiences.
IT & Digital
Become part of the digital transformation of aviation and help shape exciting digital MRO services to make aviation more efficient and sustainable. Our self-developed platform AVIATAR, virtual & augmented reality projects and cloud development offer a large and exciting digital portfolio, which you will gain many insights into with our IT & Digital Trainee Programme.
Finance & Cntrolling
Opt for the Finance & Controlling Trainee Programme and enrich our growing MRO business model with your passion for numbers and complex interrelationships. Our diverse business model gives you the opportunity to shape topics and projects from a financea and controlling perspective. Your profile
- You have a completed Master's degree with a technical focus, such as (industrial) engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.; an economic focus, such as business administration, economics, etc.; an IT focus, such as (business) informatics, digital engineering, etc.; or a finance/controlling focus, such as finance, controlling, accounting, etc.
- You speak German and English at an advanced level.
- Ideally, you already have some professional experience through relevant internships or part-time jobs
- You have a passion for aviation and interdisciplinary thinking.
