Our Maintenance Control Center monitors the technical status of the serviced aircraft worldwide, both on the ground and in the air, and controls necessary procedures. The structural statuses of the aircraft and the due dates for required and planned modifications and tasks are constantly tracked and monitored. Everything that is part of fleet management is controlled here around the clock and around the world. The Maintenance Control Center also provides highly experienced troubleshooting assistance to mechanics, engineers and flight crews, as well as technical support.

Our flexible Total Technical Support (TTS®) is the worry-free alternative to individual services. Customized to your needs, it combines all the support elements essential for the success of your airline business: line maintenance, customized maintenance planning, troubleshooting, engineering services, repair and overhaul of aircraft, engines and components (including IFE), spare-parts pooling, spare engine leasing, painting, cabin modifications, Airline Support Teams (AST®), and logistics and training. As an operational core of a Total Technical Support package we also offer the module Technical Operations Management (TOM) which integrates all services at the local level in close cooperation with the airline's flight operations.
